Our company covers an area of 110000 square meters including the production workshop 50000 square meters totally: Workshop 7200 square meters for stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and alloy manufacturing, workshop 4500 square meters for machining and workshop 8600 square meters for heavy pressure vessel manufacturing.

We own advanced and complete range of lifting, cutting, welding, machining, heat treatment and other equipment. The lifting capacity of heavy equipment are 300 tons X2, 200 tons X2, 600 tons X1. We have CNC hydraulic horizontal cutting machine with maximum capacity 160mm of cold roll, 250mmof hot roll and width of plate 4000mm.

In addition, we also has 16mm shearing machine, CNC flame plasma cutting machine, 16m edge planning machine, ESAB narrow gap automatic welding machine, surfacing welding machine and other types of welding equipment, 160X4000mm, 80X4000mm, 60X4000mm CNC hydraulic cutting machine, gantry milling machine, Φ 4M & Φ 8m heavy-duty vertical lathe, large CNC boring and milling machine, CNC multi-axis drilling machine, CNC deep hole drilling machine and other more than 210 sets types of processing equipment. We have heat treatment furnaces, they can be used for large-scale equipment, large welded parts annealing treatment, tube welding preheating and hydrogen elimination, high alloy steel normalizing and other types of heat treatment. After heat treatment, the parameters can fully meet domestic and foreign codes and standards. Our production capacity is up to 100, 000 tons/year.

In order to ensure the quality of welding, we establish a set of material management system, we have temperature controlled and dehumidification devices for preserving welding materials inventory. Also we owns first-class welding, physical and chemical laboratories to ensure varieties of welding materials test and process evaluation.
